Topsail House has been recently refurbished throughout and is designed to accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.

There is a driveway for easy parking, plus garage and kitchen. The kitchen is complete with a microwave, electric oven with gas hob, washer / dryer and a dishwasher.

An Inglenook fireplace in the lounge enhances character of the building where you can have your own log fire (logs are provided). There is a double room and a twin room, a bath shower and also a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. In the lounge there is a bed / settee which can easily be made into a bed.

Linen can be provided upon request. Heating and lighting will be read on the meter which will be added to the cost at the end of your stay.

There is a pub, 2 convenience stores, a fish and chip shop, Indian restaurant and 2 churches all within a 5 minute walk of the cottage.

With so many outstanding beauty spots in this part of the country there is lots to see. If we can help in any way to ensure you have a good holiday please ask. We can offer suggestions for places to visit, or people to see to satisfy the most discerning visitor.

Swanage has many attractions including the steam railway which stops at stations including the famous Corfe Castle. The town has been a favourite with anglers, divers, sailors and windsurfers, as well as offering a splendid scenic retreat for artists, writes and of course holiday makers. Nature lovers and rural ramblers will delight in the numerous unspoilt country and coastal paths that criss-cross the isle of Purbeck. Try visiting St Aldhelm's Head, Chapmans Pool, Kimmeridge Bay and the lost village of Tyneham. Also you can visit these coastal wonders of Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door.

For those wishing to venture further afield there is the market town of Wareham and the chain link ferry from Sandbanks to Poole, where you can explore Poole with its harbour, or travel on to Bournemouth with its shops and many cinemas and theatres.
